Hi, my name is Niloo. I’m a registered dietitian currently working for the NHS as aPCN dietitian. I have years of experience across both the public and private sectors.
I’ve worked as a dietitian, health coach, and life coach in GP surgeries, hospitals, and private clinics. Throughout my career, I’ve supported people in understanding their dietary challenges and developing personalised, practical plans that fit their individual needs and lifestyles. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and focused on helping you achieve sustainable, long-term health.
